The “big box” stores and chain outlets like to claim they are the best option for bathroom renovations. But it didn’t take long for Nancy and John Gutsell of Ajax to discover that they were far better off with Superior Bath Reno, located at 31 Barr Road, Unit #4, Ajax, Ontario.

The Gutsell’s experience with big box stores and chain outlets is all too common, notes Joe Beninato. “You can easily get lost or end up with an unmotivated junior person, and call backs can be a nightmare because you have to go through a middleman (the retailer).”
